| We thought the hotel was fantastic, the friendly and curteous staff who checked us in on arrival kindly upgraded us and gave us a free breakfast as it was my birthday. They also added a bottle of wine and fruit, a wonderful touch. The room was of high standard, very clean and comfortable. The room was quite noisy because of a generator outside the window and was cold at night. More bedding would of been welcome. It was wonderful to recieve such a lovely welcome from the staff on reception and the porter on duty assisted us with places to go in London. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend you to others. We would of stayed longer if possible! | |

| we stayed for 5 nights in a club room and were very impressed. the room was nicely decorated and the touch of fresh flowers was great.the staff was very friendly and helpful.i will definitely be staying there. | |

| We stayed for 1 night in a club room, and were very impressed. The room decor and fresh flowers gave it a touch of luxury, and the staff were friendly and efficient. We only wished we could have stayed for longer! | |

| Comments: It's a well located hotel. Nice decoration. However the rooms are very small for a hotel of that range ( I have slept in a single and a double deluxe rooms). One of the receptionist is not welcoming at all. I had bad experience both times I've been there. The first time the ventillation and the shower system was not working. The second time, we just had cold water in the shower. I will definitely not go there again. I gave them a chance and they messed up again | |
