| Excellent location-across the road from Paddington Tube station. Close to bars and restaurants. The hotel had a gym, which although basic,was more than adequate. Many hotels in a similar price bracket do not have a gym. Range of drinks at the hotel bar was very limit and the bottled drinks were warm as the fridge was not working. The room was very well decorated and furnished. Spacious bathroom, which again is not often found in hotels in this price bracket. Would certainly stay here again if the price is reasonable. |

| A good hotel. Very convenient location for us. Clean with friendly service and very smart, nicely decorated, well equipped rooms. Surprisingly quiet seeing as it is on Praed street (we were on 4th floor though!). A word of warning - don't use the Garfunkels restaurant next door which the hotel uses for breakfast. We had an evening meal there, and it was one of our worst dining out experiences ever!!! Cold food, overcooked food, soggy chips, carrots like cricket bats - awful! | |

| The location of the hotel is most convenient for those travelling with heavy luggage from long haul flights who just want to get to the hotel quickly. The hotel is just situated next to the Paddington Station which is a 15-minutes ride from the Heathrow Airport via the Heathrow Express. The room albeit small is newly furnished, clean and well equipped with amenities such as central room heating (temperature controlled), internet connection, LCD television and a safe. I would definitely consider staying in the hotel again is the room prices remain affordable. | |

| We stayed here for two nights Sept 2005. This is just an excellent location. The hotel had just been renovated and was beautiful done in a contempory style. The room size was typical for Europe. The staff were friendly and helpful. We thoughly enjoyed this place and when I go back to London this will be the hotel I book. The tube stationan Heathrow express a just 3 minutes away from the room. | |
