| Stayed in sussex suite on level 4, very spacious & clean. Receptionist very pleasant & helpful, could not fault. | |

| We booked a double room for one night on friday 5th july.However we were given a single room with a three quarter bed and had a terrible nights sleep.Our train was late and we did`nt have time to complain at the time but feel we did`nt get value for money or satisfactory service. | |

| Me and my family found this hotel ideal. The staff where helpful and polite. The room and bathroom spotless. The cosy bar a godsend. This was our second visit, just as good as the first. |

| Despite having confirmed my reservation twice, they tried to sell me a smaller dirty room (for less money). Service levels minimal. | |

| Very average hotel. Clean, cheap and cheeful! Staff very friendly... very good value for money if on a fairly tight budget. | |
