| I could not flaw our stay at the Colonnade. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. We had our own balcony on which we enjoyed our substantial breakfast and it was such a haven so close to the centre of London. We will defiately be back here before too long. | |

| Truly a beautiful hotel with nice, but typically small, rooms. Attention to detail is a bit less than perfect. We did not get consistent turndown service, sometimes phone calls to the front desk went unanswered, we summoned someone to help us with the climate control but he didn't understand it either and a request for a phone number from the front desk was greeted with indifference. Having said all that, the breakfast was outstanding, the off-season rate reasonable (for London, obviouslyl) and the neighborhood is delightfully quite (though we could sometimes hear tube rumbling in our room). |

| Clean hotel, marvellous people, great breakfast on Sunday(less on Monday). we'll be back in springtime. |
