The Beverley, sister hotel to Nayland Hotel (2 doors away), has recently undergone the same level of refurbishment, making this one of the better budget styled bed and breakfasts in Paddington. The hotel is centrally situated for both the business executive or the holiday maker, with the West-End ,its theatres and shops only few minutes away.

The hotel is ideal for health visits as it is a 5 minute walk from the well known St. Mary's Hospital. The public transport network nearby is excellent. The hotel can be reached from Heathrow airport in 15 minutes by direct train line to Paddington which is 200 meters away. Two underground stations , Paddington and Lancaster Gate, are located just short walk from the hotel.

As stated this is the sister hotel to The Nayland Hotel, located on the same side of Sussex Gardens. This area is renown for its bed and breakfast style hotels. Many of which are tired and run down after years of providing budget accommodation. The recent refurbishment of both their hotels, lifts the quality of options in the area. Neutral colours and fresh decor. Small bathrooms with shower are also nicely done - but small, as indicative of all hotels in the area. For those wanting a good quality budget hotel in this area, I would certainly recommend either The Beverley or Nayland Hotel. Both represent very good value around £65 per double room including buffet breakfast. Please note that there is no lift in this hotel.
